The Teacher
Anne first discovered yoga by curiosity whilst enrolling at her local gym in 1996 and never looked back. She finished her Teacher Training course with the British Wheel of Yoga in May 2003 and has since then completed the Pregnancy and Yoga for Children Module. She continues to develop her own yoga practice with her teacher, from the Satyananda Tradition and regularly attends additional workshops.
Anne’s main interest is to offer her students the opportunity to enjoy a healthier and more peaceful life by providing support, encouragement and promoting the idea of self-help to all. She focuses on techniques to develop suppleness, strength, stamina, breath awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation, ensuring that all students can safely learn to practise both in the class and at home.
